Morrowdale

Morrowdale is a 276-acre farm bordering the Moormans River in Albemarle County.  In cooperation with our clients and the Virginia Outdoors Foundation, steward of the property’s conservation easement, Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects master planned a family compound that includes a new lake, gardens, stable, two guest houses, golf practice facility, pheasant preserve and site for a new main house.
