Emphasis on locally sourced, enduring natural materials, such as slate and hand-made wood-molded brick, convey a timeless quality. Classic detailing and Flemish bond brick work, including rubbed arches, glazed headers, and hand-troweled joints, further enhance the property’s feel of permanence.
