Central Virginia Eco-Resort

Visionary masterplans for a 700-acre eco-resort reflect the owner’s goals of protecting the environment, preserving native flora and fauna, and sustainably managing the land.  Plans include a 20,000-sf event center and a 12,000-sf welcome center, featuring a ballroom for 300 guests, VIP salons, restaurant and bar, celebration lawn, farm store, business center, and spa.  Guest accommodations comprise a blend of modern cabins and glamping sites, arranged throughout the expansive grounds to afford privacy and maximize enjoyment of the natural setting and spectacular views.
